Resources

This section is designed to help guide people towards helping themselves to vibrant healthy lives. The tools that I’ve listed here are ones that I use in my own life, to great benefit, and thus I want to share them with you too. Enjoy.

EFT tapping for yourself:

This is a wonderful tool for helping your pets and yourself to feel great.

For a brief overview of the technique, including a demonstration chart and video click here to go to the EFT section of this website.

Here is a tapping chart of the points (to download right click and go to download or save targeted / linked file) Please note that this chart can be seen full size in the EFT section of this website.

Secondly, I recommend the Mini EFT manual, based on Gary Craig’s original techniques,  you can download that for free here.

Abraham-Hicks:

This is the simplest and easiest information about the ‘Law of Attraction’ and positive living that I have encountered. Their website – here – contains free introductory material and there is a lot of material on You Tube also. I highly recommend the book ‘Ask And It Is Given’ as a starting point. It contains useful processes to help us feel good about our lives.

Donna Eden:

Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine techniques are fantastic ways to align your body’s energies and boost your health and Vitality. I highly recommend her book ‘Energy Medicine’. If you do nothing else, try her 5 minute Energy Routine (I believe that you can see this on You Tube, so you’ve no excuse). This is her website – here.

Institute of Heartmath:

I have recently become aware of this organization (and I’m still exploring their work). Their simple techniques and approach to ‘heart based living’ and managing emotions and stress struck a chord with me, so I’m including them even though they are fairly new to me. Their website has a free ‘tools for wellbeing’ section- here. My favourite is currently ‘Quick Coherence’.
